REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Service Cancellation & Refunds: As ASL Crow provides digital mentorship and speaking services, we do not have a physical return process. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
K-12 Tutoring (Wyzant): All tutoring services for minors are booked and managed through Wyzant. These sessions are governed by Wyzant's Payment Policies, including their Good Fit Guarantee.
